Junior Olympic Softball is a great opportunity for girls to learn and enhance skills needed to successfully play the game of fast pitch softball. Junior Olympic Girls’ Fast Pitch Softball Leagues are forming for players in three divisions: 9-12 years, 14 and under, and 18 and under. Each player’s division is determined by her age as of December 31, 2010. Players must register by Friday April 22nd, 2011. Community Recreation Foundation scholarships are available for players needing financial assistance. Games will be held May 21 through July 21 at North Casper fields in the evenings. Volunteer coaches needed. There will be a special registration day at Bush-well’s Sporting Goods for a $5 discount. There will also be a free clinic in the spring. Those dates to be announced in the spring.
